Agents fill out feedback on listings they show and get feedback on the listings they list. We provide an immediate means to solicit feedback by offering options to send feedback forms that can be customized. We enable the feedback form to be sent multiple times and provide a manual entry method for agents who call in their feedback. 

When the form is published you will see it on the Listing Activity Report. Feedback is a professional courtesy in the real estate industry, however, offices and agents do their best to require it.
