What does Propose Better Time mean?

When you see the notification for a showing and you know that the time doesn't work, you can propose a better time.

Proposing a better time indicates that you may not be available for a showing at the suggested time. You have the option to:
  • Keep the appointment as is and suggest a new time, which will ask the buyer's agent to try to accommodate you.
  • Send a request for a new time and Decline the appointment.
Please Note: Proposing a better time, does not guarantee that the buyer's agent accepts this new time. They will attempt to make arrangements to accommodate this time. However, you can choose to Decline the appointment if the time doesn't work for you.

The message you send with your choice is visible to the requesting agent. They can reschedule the appointment when desired.
