My Contact Information isn't Correct. How Do I Change It?

You can update the contact details in your profile from the main menu. You can also add additional numbers and update how you want to be contacted. Please be aware that ShowingTime will never call you after hours.

Your information is only shared with the agent you are working with and their office. 

If you want to change your email addres, add or remove a phone number you can:

Step 1


Open the Menu.

Select Profile.

Select Contact Details.
