Help, I stopped receiving text messages on my phone.

Your cellphone provider can temporarily block or delay SMS messages. Sometimes this is due to other network congestion or plan overages. We advise that you:
  • Verify your profile settings are set to receive SMS messages
  • Check to make sure the mobile number is correct in your profile
  • Inspect your device for Do Not Disturb settings
  • Check with your provider
  • Check to see if you have blocked any numbers recently

Please Note changing your notification preferences will not affect appointments that are already in progress.
