You should let your agent know about any special notes or instructions. They have the ability to add these notes so that they are automatically shown to the buyer's agents requesting appointments.  

If you need to prevent showings or add more notice, your agent can also configure your listings to prevent showings from occurring during certain hours and provide you with additional notice.
