Can I Add My Own Listing or Use the App to Host FSBO Listings?
At this time you cannot use Home by ShowingTime to list your own house (For Sale by Owner).
To use Home by ShowingTime, you will need to work with a Realtor. They have tools to list the home within the board/association or MLS to aid in the process and provide invaluable knowledge and resources. Your agent can configure your listing with times that it cannot be shown, rules about overlapping showings, and special instructions.
We do track this request and we will keep you informed of our progress. In the meantime, if you have multiple listings with one or more listing agents, you can have them set you up on their side by adding your email address to each listing. The Home by ShowingTime app will automatically update to show you all of the listings.
