Help! The Message Says My Username Is Already in Use.


When your agent adds your information to the listing, you will automatically receive an email that invites you to create an account. Typically the username it mentions is your email address. However, this is not always the case. If you've started the process of creating and account and you see this message, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folders.

There is a second email sent to you as the final step to create your account.
Your username for Home by ShowingTime may not be the same as the ones you use for other products and services. You can change your username at any time and ShowingTime always recommends that you follow best password practices when changing your password.
