Why Do You Only Send Messages to One of My Phone Numbers?


Home by ShowingTime will send the SMS notification to the first number that is listed as a mobile number for your account. If a family member, tenant, or other authorized person needs to be notified, please inform your agent. They can add them so they are notified in the way they choose.

In some markets, our specialists will reach out to the additional phone number via phone if enabled.
You can also choose to be notified by email, phone call or push notification. Depending on your area or carrier, an SMS message may be delayed.
