Appointments and notifications will be color-coded based on their status.



A declined showing indicates that either the time did not work or some other circumstance required the appointment to be cancelled or declined. You will see a stop sign in the appointment notification.



A requested appointment indicates that the showing is not confirmed or declined. Either the agent or the owner needs to take action to confirm or decline the appointment. You will see a yield sign in the appointment notification



A confirmed appointment indicates that both the agent and seller agreed upon the time and the showing will be taking place. You will see a checkbox in the appointment notification.
